8.Ratburger (Cert PG/Dir Phyllida Lloyd)

A little girl called Zoe who is very sad because her pet hamster, Gingernut, died. Zoe lives in a flat with her dad and her awful stepmother, Shelia, Shelia is so lazy she asks Zoe to pick her nose for her! When Zoe finds a baby rat in the corner of her room, she can’t help keeping it. The good thing about Phyllida Lloyd she normally do coming of age film, she would also introduce newcomers to her films, what about Phoebe Waller – Bridge play Shelia the stepmother and a newcomer would play the lead as Zoe, this will be like a family film.
7.Gangsta Granny (Cert PG/Dir Rob Letterman)

Our hero Ben is bored beyond belief after he is made to stay at his grandma’s house. She’s the boringest grandma forever: all she wants to do is to play Scrabble and eat cabbage soup. But there is two things Ben doesn’t know about his grandma. She was once an international jewel thief, All her life, she has been plotting to steal the Crown Jewels, and now she needs Ben’s help. Personally I would love Rob Letterman to direct this, as his films can be heartfelt and exciting plus they are funny, maybe Amy Ryan would play the grandma and a newcomer would play the kid Ben, it will be an all – star cast and this will be like a family comedy film.
6.Grandpa’s Great Escape (Cert 12A/Dir Clint Eastwood)

Jack’s Grandpa wears his slippers to the supermarket, serve up Spam a la Custard for dinner, often doesn’t remember Jack’s name. But he still takes to the skies in a speeding Spitfire and save the day, an exquisite portrait of the bond between a small boy and his beloved Grandpa. Once I know the story to this book there is one man who I love to direct this, it is Clint Eastwood and all his films move you and this would as well, Clint Eastwood would play the Grandpa and maybe an upcoming star would play Jack, it would turn this into a powerful film for kids.
5.The Midnight Gang (Cert U/Dir Gil Kenan)

When Tom gets hit on the head by a cricket ball, he finds himself at Lord Funt Hospital, and is greeted by a terrifying – looking porter. Things go from bad to worst when he meets the wicked matron in charge of the children’s ward, but Tom is about to embark on the most thrilling journey of a lifetime. It will be an inoffensive film from Gil Kenan as he mainly does adventure type of film. He can balance the lighter moment with the darker aspect and for me personally this is important, he also thought about the casting and he would be brilliant to choose certain film stars, this would be eye catching and it will be like a childlike film.
4.Robodog (Cert U/Dir Chris Sanders)

Welcome to the City of Bedlam. Enter if you dare! Bedlam is one of the most dangerous places on Earth – home to a host of wicked villains. Nothing and nobody are safe from these evil criminals. The city needs its own superhero to defeat the supervillains. But who? Robodog. Normally with Chris Sanders he made animation and live action films, he would be ideal for this as he mixed those genres into one, maybe Harrison Ford would be the narrator and Robodog plus choosing the cast from all his films, this would be action packed and it will not be losing the story itself.
3.Billionaire Boy (Cert 12/Dir Chloe Zhao)

Joe has a lot of reasons to be happy. About a billion of them, in fact. You see, Joe’s rich. Really, really rich. Joe’s got his own bowling alley, his own cinema, even his own butler who is also an orangutan. He’s the wealthiest twelve years old in the land. Yes, Joe has absolutely everything he could possibly want. But there’s just one thing he really needs: a friend. With Chloe Zhao she would made this a life affirming film, the moral would be fame and the consequences of it, it will have an up-and-coming star who will play Joe, plus in this you would connect with this movie.
2.Mr Stink (Cert 12/Dir Simon Curtis)

It all starts when Chloe makes friends with Mr Stink, the local tramp. Yes, he smells a bit. But when it looks like he might be driven out of town, Chloe decides to hide him in the garden shed. Now Chloe’s got to make sure no one finds out her secret. And speaking of secrets, there just might be more to Mr Stink than meets the eye. Every film that Simon Curtis made there is always a hidden message, this will be about homelessness and being kind plus an unlikely friendship, I would like Martin Donovan play Mr Stink and maybe a young up and coming star would play Chloe, this will be silently powerful and this will move you as well.
1.The Boy In The Dress (Cert 12A/Dir J.A Bayona)

A fourteen-year-old boy called John and a twelve-year-old boy called Dennis who is encouraged by a rebellious friend to cross – dress and the reactions of his family, friends, and school. First time I watched a J.A Bayona film I thought wowed, he hasn’t made a LGBTQ/ or a queer type of film and that be his first. The most important with J.A Bayona he thought about the casting and he made character driven film, this will be a sensitive topic to people and J.A Bayona will made this his own, he always consistent and he hasn’t made a bad film, this is ideal for him.
