10.Yogi Bear

A documentary filmmaker travels to Jellystone Park to shoot a project and soon crosses paths with Yogi Bear, his sidekick Boo – Boo and Ranger Smith. Some people will like this and some don’t as this will divide people, this is the ultimate family film as this is heartwarming and it is cute, Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake is spot on with the vocal and it can be funny, it might not be everyone taste but this is an inoffensive and an amusing film.

9.Dora And The Lost City Of Gold

Teenage explorer Dora leads her friends on an adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost city of gold. Personally, this film could be rather cartoony for some people and I do understand that. The main lead is likeable and the story is easy to follow and this is watchable, this is upbeat and a feel-good adventure which you needed, it will made you smile and this is uplifting as well, if you wanted a light-hearted film this is ideal for you.

8.Earth To Echo

After receiving a bizarre series of encrypted messages, a group of kids embark on an adventure with an alien who needs their help. Might not drawn you in straight away but once you get past that, the ending is superb and it will move you at the same time, this is a found footage type of film and for me personally it certainly works, it also didn’t take itself too seriously and this is fun and that is the key to this film, overall if into smaller/ independent film this is ideal for you.

7.Easy A

A clean-cut high school student relies on the school’s rumour mil to advance her social and financial standing. Once I watched this film I thought wow, this has got a message of expectations and what people think of you, I personally connect with this message and many people would agree with me, it got an all-star cast, the acting is amazing and this film is totally believable.

6.City Of Ember

For generations, the people of the City of Ember have flourished in an amazing world of glittering lights. But Ember’s once powerful generator is failing and the great lamps that illuminate the city are starting to flicker. Eye catching adventure film which has got a fantastic story, the two lead have got great chemistry together and they are likeable, it is well casted and this didn’t feel rushed and the pacing is perfect, for me personally this is one of the best adventures films.

5.Over The Hedge

A scheming raccoon fools a mismatched family of forest creatures into helping him repay a debt of food, by invading the new suburban sprawl that popped up while they were hibernating… and learns a lessons about family himself. With great characters and the vocal in this film is perfect, it might be stupid and daft but this is enjoyable and fun, this is a family viewing type of film that is suitable for all ages, this is charming and an inoffensive film, it will made people smile and happy.

4.Everybody’s Fine

A widower who realized his only connection to his family was through his wife sets off on an impromptu road trip to reunite with each of his grown children. A beautiful film which is about family in general, there is an amazing scene in this film that will move you, it is one of those film that will stay with you, it never feels too forced or too sentimental and this feel real and relatable for people, this is wonderful and a well-made film that is simply heartwarming.

3.Balloon (2018)

East Germany, 1979. After initially falling to flea from the East to the West in a self – built hot – air balloon, two families struggle to make a second attempt, while the East German State Police are chasing them. Brilliant slow burner film, which is totally unpredictable, it will draw you in from start to finish and the pacing is spot on, if you appreciate a good story with nothing happen this is ideal for you, it also intriguing and this film will certainly hold your interest.

2.The Bucket List

Two terminally ill men escape from a cancer ward and head off on a road trip with a wish list of to – dos before they die. Normally with terminally illness films they can feel like a one-off television program, but with this one it seems real, honest, and relatable, the chemistry between Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman is superb, it also got stunning scenery and it can be funny plus this is heartfelt, the moral is about friendships and I’m sure people will connect with that.

1.9 (2009)

When 9 first comes to life, he finds himself in a post – apocalyptic world where all humans are gone, and it is only by chance that he discovers a small community of others like him taking refuge from fearsome machines that roam the earth intent on their extinction. Gorgeous looking film with amazing scenery and this is memorable, it got a multilayered story that work perfectly and it will leave you a lasting impression on you, you will care about with these characters as this got an emotional core, it will stay with you as this is a brilliant film.
