The story of the American Samoa soccer team, who suffered the worst loss in World Cup history, losing to Australia 31 – 0 in 2001. With the 2014 World Cup approaching, the team recruits a down on his luck, maverick coach to help turn their fate around. Firstly I admire this film that try to be something different and it dealing with the culture aspect, that is important with a fantastic story and it got stunning scenery and this is well made, but unfortunately it isn’t laugh out loud funny as the humour is slightly weird and I personally don’t get it, the pacing is off as it doesn’t hold your interest and it hard to connect with these characters, despite that it does have some nice moment in this film and this is likeable as this is an underdog type of film, this isn’t a bad film at all but with these flaws it hard to get into as much but this is still watchable.
