10.Apollo 10 ½: A Space Age Childhood

A coming-of-age story set in the suburbs of Houston, Texas in the summer of 1969, centred around the historic Apollo 11 moon landing. Might not be for everyone but this film tries to be something different which I admire, this is intriguing from start to finish and it silently draw you in, if you wanted something new and different this is ideal for you, overall, this will surprise you.
9.Luca

On the Italian Riviera, an unlikely but strong friendship grows between a human being and a sea monster disguised as a human. A cute and a heartwarming film which has got a great story, it also easy to follow as this is eye catching, it is light-hearted and this is an inoffensive film that will made you smile, this also suitable for all ages and a family viewing type of film, this is joyous and uplifting.
8.How To Train Your Dragon

A hapless young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons becomes the unlikely friend of a young dragon himself and learns there may be more to the creatures than he assumed. Coming of age film that will capture people heart, this is action packed and it never loses the story itself, for me personally this is the best film of the trilogy itself, this is exciting and overall, this is a heartfelt film.
7.Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio

Several years after his 10-year-old son was killed in World War 1, Geppetto still wishes that his son would come back. His wish is granted when a wooden puppet he has been working on magically comes to life. Underneath the weirdness and the surreal moment in this film, this will move you as this can be powerful, the ending is brilliant as this film is certainly memorable, this is well made.
6.Raya And The Last Dragon

In a realm known as Kumandra, a re – imagined Earth inhabited by an ancient civilization, a warrior named Raya is determined to find the last dragon. In some ways this is like a fantasy coming of age film, it also balances the darker moment with the lighter aspect, for me personally this certainly work, this is entertaining from start to finish and this can be funny, it is powerful and it will move you at the same time.
5.Monsters University

A look at the relationship between Mike Wazowski and James P “Sully” Sullivan during their days at Monsters University, when they weren’t necessarily the best of friends. With great characters and this is funny and heartfelt, there is one bit in this film that will made you laugh when some of the characters play hide and seek, it got some coming of age aspect with this film with a great story, you will care about with these characters as this is joyous and uplifting, it is enjoyable.
4.Toy Story (1995 – 2019)

Toy Story is about the “secret life of toys” when people are not around, the toys go on many adventures and they meet eccentric characters along their ways. The ultimate box sets as all these films are consistent, it like a childlike film with great characters, with the coming-of-age element that blended in well, this is enjoyable and this is light-hearted, this is easy to watch.
3.Kubo And The Two Strings

A young boy named Kubo must locate a magical suit of armour worn by his late father in order to defeat a vengeful spirit from the past. Once you watch this you will always remember this film, this film will wow you and the ending is generally powerful, in some ways this can be rather dark for the younger generation, if you get past that this film is certainly memorable, the scenery looks outstanding and silently draw you in, it will leave you a lasting impression on you.
2.Elemental

The film journeys alongside an unlikely pair, Ember, and Wade, in a city where fire, water, land – and air – residents live together. Personally, it has got a multilayered story that blended with the coming-of-age aspect, this film is eye catching from the start and this is suitable for all age, it also about appearances and it has got a theme of kindness, this film will touch people heart.
1.Up (2009)

78-year-old Carl Fredricksen travels to Paradise Falls in his house equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway. Quietly the opening sequences it like a coming-of-age story, this is about life and making memories and I personally connect with that message, it will move you and this is powerful, this is a family viewing type of film and it will touch people heart.
