Article: Top 6 Terminator Films From Worst To Best

6.Terminator: Dark Fate

An augmented human and Sarah Connor must stop an advanced liquid Terminator from hunting down a young girl, whose fate is critical to the human race. Firstly, the idea to this film is superb and this is well made, but unfortunately this is too action packed and it loses a bit of the story. This feel rather rushed and it not as memorable as it should be, it has got great potential.

5.Terminator Genisys

When John Carter, leader of the human resistance, sends Sgt Kyle Reese back to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor and safeguard the future, an unexpected turn of events creates a fractured timeline. With cool CGI/SFX that is wonderful to look at and it does draws you in, I just feel in general this seems rather miscast and the villain is rather weak, with these flaws this film doesn’t really work and it doesn’t deliver, this is a real shame despite I wanted to like this.

4.Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines

A machine from a post – apocalyptic future travels back in time to protect a man and a woman from an advanced robotic assassin to ensure they both survive a nuclear attack. Personally, the story is there and the villain is a woman and that is refreshing, it doesn’t gel or flow together as much as sometime the pacing is off, you needed to be patience with this film, this is still fun.

3.The Terminator

A human soldier is sent from 2029 to 1984 to stop an almost indestructible cyborg killing machine, sent from the same year. This is the first one of the terminator films as this is totally unpredictable, for me personally I found Michael Biehn character slightly dull, that is the only thing with this film, in some ways this is rather good and it will surprise people as well.

2.Terminator Salvation

In 2018, a mysterious new weapon in the war against the machines, half – human and half – machine, comes to John Connor on the eve of a resistance attack on Skynet. A psychological version of the terminator films which I admire, it is well casted and the acting is amazing, bits of the film doesn’t gel or flow together as much, that is the only thing as this is fun and exciting.

1.Terminator 2: Judgment Day

A cyborg, identical to the one who failed to kill Sarah Connor, must now protect her ten-year-old son John from an even more advanced and powerful cyborg. Quietly this film will move you as this got the emotional aspect, the soundtrack to this film is superb and totally memorable, the villain is perfect sinister as this is perfectly paced, it certainly draws you in from start to finish, once you watched this you will always remember this film, it is entertaining and watchable.
