Many years after the reign of Caesar, a young ape goes on a journey that will lead him to question everything he’s been taught about the past and make choices that will define a future for apes and humans alike. It is one of those film you don’t have to watch the three latest Planet of the Apes films, this work as a standalone film itself and the CGI/SFX look outstanding, the scenery looks amazing as this is eye catching from start to finish. The story is spot on and the film in general is certainly memorable, the villain is perfectly sinister and the vocal in this film is superb. The only thing with this film is the pacing as it is slightly off but despite that this feels totally epic, it is entertaining and action packed but it never loses the story itself. It got that emotional aspect and you will care about with these characters, the ending is superb as this is silently enjoyable.
