10.Yogi Bear
A documentary filmmaker travels to Jellystone Park to shoot a project and soon crosses paths with Yogi Bear, his sidekick Boo – Boo and Ranger Smith. Firstly, I know this film will divide people as this can be funny, the story is simple as this film is easy to watch. Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake vocal is superb in this film, overall, this is well casted, this is a good film.
9.Night At The Museum (2006 – 2014)
A night guard of the Museum of Natural History and some of the exhibits must travel across the globe in order to rescue the magic of the secret of the museum. All these films are consistent and these are watchable, it got an all – star cast and they all convince in their roles, the CGI/SFX look realistic as this is eye catching, if you wanted a pure escapism type of film this is ideal.
8.Slumberland
A young girl discovers a secret map to the dreamworld of Slumberland, and with the help of an eccentric outlaw, she traverses dreams and flees nightmares, with the hope that she will be able to see her late father again. Eye catching film with stunning visuals effects, it balances the darker aspects with the comedy element and that does work, the story is beautiful and it have got some nice moments in this film, I reckon it will surprise many people as this is surprisingly good.
7.101 Dalmatians
An evil high – fashion designer plots to steal dalmatian puppies in order to make an extravagant fur coat but creates an extravagant mess instead. Being rather dated but if you get past that this is fun. Hugh Laurie and Mark Williams are hilarious as the two evil henchmen, this is well casted as they all convince in their roles, in general this film is certainly memories, it is enjoyable.
6.Babe
Babe, an orphaned pig, learn to herd sheep after Arthur Hoggett, a farmer, wins him in a contest at a country fair. However, Rex, Hoggett’s lead sheepdog, doesn’t like Babe. Cute and heartwarming film that will capture your heart, this is another film which has got a beautiful story, it also an underdog type of film, plus this film in general is a crowd- pleaser, overall, it is a superb film.
5.Narnia (2005 – 2010)
While playing, Lucy and her siblings find a wardrobe that lands them in a mystical place called Narnia, Lucy, Peter, Edmund and Susan begin to go on an adventure throughout Narnia. Them meet numerous of characters along their way. Gorgeous looking film which the CGI/SFX that look realistic, I also like the war element of these film and that what draws you in, also the pacing to these films is just spot on, all these films are consistent and they are watchable.
4.IF (2024)
A young girl who goes through a difficult experience begins to see everyone’s imaginary friends who have been left behind as their real – life friends have grown up. Having watched this film I thought wow, this is quietly powerful as this is relatable. It could be on the verve of too sentimental and rather forced, it is one of those film that will divide people, this is heartwarming.
3.Bolt
The canine star of a fictional sci -fi/ action show that believes his powers are real embarks on a cross-country trek to save his co – star from a threat he believes is just as real. Don’t judge this film as it like a road movie that has element of science fiction, for me personally it works perfectly and the characters are great, this is different as this is refreshing, it is certainly enjoyable and fun.
2.Pete’s Dragon
The adventure of an orphaned boy named Pete and his best friend Elliott, who happens to be a dragon. It will leave you a lasting impression on you as this is quietly powerful, you will care about with these characters. This is relatable for people as it is generally moving, it is calming type of film which you needed, this is heartwarming and uplifting at the same time, this is a beautiful film.
1.The Polar Express
On Christmas Eve, a young boy embarks on a magical adventure to the North Polar on the Polar Express, while learning about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas. Just breathtaking as this feel like an epic type of film, it also got stunning scenery that is eye catching from start to finish, this is a beautiful film that will touch your heart, this is suitable for all ages.
