10.Yogi Bear
A documentary filmmaker travels to Jellystone Park to shoot a project and soon crosses paths with Yogi Bear, his sidekick Boo – Boo and Ranger Smith. It might not be for everyone but this is enjoyable, the story is simple as this is easy to watch. This is fun and exciting at the same time, it is inoffensive heartwarming film, I reckon this will surprise many people with this film.
9.Enchanted
A young maiden in a land called Andalasia, who is prepared to be wed, is sent away to New York City by an evil Queen, where she falls in love with a lawyer. Another film that will divide people but this is memorable, it also the chemistry of Amy Adams and James Marsden that is superb, it is watchable from start to finish, it also didn’t take itself too seriously as this is fun.
8.Racing Stripes
An abandoned zebra grows up believing he is a racehorse, and, with the help of his barnyard friends and a teenage girl, sets out to achieve his dream of racing with thoroughbreds. For me personally it’s the ending that will move you, it feel like an underdog type of film which is a crowd pleaser, this is a cute and a heartwarming film, this is certainly a family viewing type of film.
7.Annie
A foster kid who lives with her mean foster mom sees her life change when business tycoon and New York City mayoral candidate Will Stacks makes a thinly veiled campaign move and takes her in. Heartwarming film that will capture people heart. The main lead is likeable and this has got an all-star cast, the story is beautiful and it has got a diversity element which is important, it could be on the verve of too sentimental and rather forced for some people, it will surprise people.
6.Wonka
With dreams of opening a shop in a city renowned for its chocolate, a young and poor Willy Wonka discovers that the industry is run by a cartel of greedy chocolatiers. Eye catching film that will slowly draws you in, it balances the darker elements with the comedy aspect and for me personally it’s work, it got an all star cast and they all convince in their roles, it will move you as well.
5.Cinderella
When her father unexpectedly dies, young Ella finds herself at the mercy of her cruel stepmother and her scheming stepsisters. Never one to give up hope, Ella’s fortunes begin to change after meeting a dashing stranger. Being a fairytale film this isn’t suitable for cynical type of people. The main lead is likeable and the casting is spot on, it also draws you in from start to finish as this is watchable, it is nice and heartwarming type of film, it is a feel-good film which you needed.
4.IF (2024)
A young girl who goes through a difficult experience begins to see everyone’s imaginary friends who have left behind as their real – life friends have grown up. Could be on the verve of too sentimental and rather forced for some people, it is heartfelt as this is silently powerful as it about life, it will touch people heart as this is a beautiful film, in general this suitable for all ages.
3.Inside Out
After a family moves, the emotions of a young female do their best to keep her as steady as she can be in her new surrounding. Don’t judge this film as the idea behind this film is superb. It about mental health from a young girl perspective and that is refreshing, people will connect to this film because of the sensitive topic, it is a beautiful coming of age film, it will move you from the start.
2.Pete’s Dragon
The adventures of an orphaned boy named Pete and his best friend Elliott, who happens to be a dragon. Gorgeous looking film with stunning scenery. the key is this never feels too forced or too sentimental, the acting is amazing and made this film believable, it’s the personal journey aspect which I personally connect with, this is a relatable film that will touch people heart.
1.Big Hero 6
A special bond develops between plus – sized inflatable robot Baymax and prodigy Hiro Hamada, who together team up with a group of friends to form a band of high – tech heroes. Having watched this film I thought wow, it deals with grief and it has got a message of family and friends, I personally connect with that message as this is quietly powerful, you will care about with these characters and it will leave you a lasting impression on you.
