For me personally there is one director who can pull it off, it should be Kenneth Branagh as he normally does historical type of films, it would be an all star cast and he will thought about the casting, it could work.

9.Hadestown (Cert 12A) Dir Peter Jackson

It retells the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice in a musical format while interweaving the romantic love story of Persephone and Hades. Set in the 1930s with a steampunk – style New Orleans. The good thing about Peter Jackson he would made this totally epic, maybe Saoirse Ronan and Elijah Wood play the main two lead, this would draw you in, also the pacing would be spot on.

8.Come From Away (Cert PG) Dir Dexter Fletcher

The incredible real-life story of the 7,000 air passengers from all over the world who were grounded in Canada during the wake of 9/11, and the small Newfoundland community. It would be a feel-good type of vibe especially from Dexter Fletcher, the good thing about him he would think about the casting, also this would be watchable, this will made you smile.

7.Miss Saigon (Cert 12) Dir Amma Asante

Set during the Vietnam War, Miss Saigon begins in 1975 when the conflicting cultures and ideologies of the world seemed to meet violently in one city: Saigon. It’s an epic and tragic story of a young couple in love, caught in a world at war. Amma Asante would made this her own. she normally does historical love story with the war element, this would explore the diversity aspect and that would be important, it would move you with this, this would be life affirming.

6.Bat Out Of Hell: The Musical (Cert 15) Dir James Cameron

After 49 years of toil, the love story of Strat a Peter Pan figure frozen at 18, and Raven the daughter of a tyrannical landlord who seems to rule a post – apocalyptic New York. James Cameron will cast newcomers as the two main lead, he will made this totally epic with stunning scenery, it will be action packed but never loses the story, this will be exciting.

5.The Book Of Mormon (Cert 15) Dir Trey Parker

The story follows two missionaries sent to preach their faith to a remote Ugandan village terrorized by a brutal warlord. Maybe this potential film it could mixed the CGI/SFX. also I would like Jim Parsons and Jack Black would play the main two lead, also some newcomers as well with the other casting, maybe Trey Parker and Matt Stone team up for this, this would be funny.

4.Crazy For You (Cert 12A) Dir Christopher Nolan

A well – to – do young New Yorker, Bobby Child, who is sent to Nevada to foreclose on a theatre owned by the family business. Falling in love with the local postmistress, Bobby decides to produce a show to save the theatre. Personally, with Christopher Nolan he made this his own. Maybe Tom Hardy would play the main lead, Christopher Nolan would focus on the era of 1930s, plus the other casting would be from his previous films, it would be epic.

3.Hamilton (Cert 15) Dir Ava DuVernay

Alexander Hamilton’s life in two acts, and details among other things his involvement in the American Revolutionary War as an aide – de – camp to Gorge Washington, his marriage and his career as a lawyer. Normally with Ava DuVernay films they have got that diversity aspect, I would love David Oyelowo play Hamilton, behind this potential film there will be a special message. This would be an important subject for many people, it will be an Oscar winning.

As news spreads of a murder in London, a group of seven strangers find themselves snowed in at a remote countryside guesthouse. One director who would be amazing to made this, it is Steven Spielberg as he made character driven type of film, I would love Tom Hanks, Mark Rylance and the other casting would be from his previous films.

Jenny believes her home is haunted, but her husband Sam refuses to believe it. What begins as a pleasant dinner party with Sam’s old friend Lauren and her new partner Ben turns into a fear – filled nightmare as the group counts down to 2:22 am. Quietly I would love J.A. Bayona to direct this. he will made this relatable as you will care about with these characters, it will be twist after twist as this will be slow burn, with J.A. Bayona he will think about the casting, it will be eye catching from the start.
