5.Madagascar (2005 – 2012)

A group of animals sneaks out of their home zoo to travel and explore more of the world. Eventually, they all end up on an island where they meet new animal friends. With an all-star vocal cast and brim with comic one liners, the story is excellent and simple which you needed. The characters are great and the soundtrack is catchy, it is fun and light-hearted plus joyous.
4.Ice Age (2002 – 2016)

20,000 BC. With the primaeval world on the brink of the Ice Age, a tribe of humans breaks camp to follow an endless convoy of prehistoric animals migrating south. I personally like the unlikely friendship aspect, that is an important subject for kids and adults. It can be funny in places as this is heartwarming, it is watchable from start to finish, these films are suitable for a rainy day.
3.Kung Fu Panda (2008 – 2016)

A panda is selected to fight an escaped villains to bring peace to the valley and to everyone. First, he must learn and train everything about kung fu in time. Action packed and entertaining animation films, it never loses the story itself and that is the key. This also laugh out loud funny and this is heartfelt, overall, these are an underdog type of film, these films are charming.
2.Shrek (2001 – 2010)

A male ogre teams up with a male donkey to rescue a princess who is locked up in a tower, Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona eventually becomes friends. They go on many adventures to meet new people along the way. One of those franchises you can watch anytime. I like the message of acceptance and appearances plus this is important, the story is beautiful and the film itself is eye catching, these films are pure escapism, these films are easy to watch.
1.Toy Story (1995 – 2019)

Toy Story is about the “secret life of toys” when people are not around. The toys eventually be friends and go on many adventures. Each film is consistent and exciting at the same time. You will care about with these characters, the theme of these films is childhood and people will connect with that aspect, these films will touch people heart, these are suitable for all ages.
