5.This Is Christmas
Follow Adam and Emma on their daily commute from the village of Langton to London, where they meet the same passengers every day. Might not offer you anything new and fresh. It can feel rather safe but this is still watchable, this is well casted and they all convince in their roles, the two main lead chemistry is spot on, despite with those flaws this is still a good film.
4.Kids In Love
Jack’s thinking of a gap – year traveling with a friend before college, when he meets a cute French girl and her friends in London. One thing with this film it doesn’t gel or flow together as much. Despite that this isn’t your average rom – com and that is refreshing, the story is superb and this is intriguing, it will draw you in from start to finish, it will surprise many people.
3.Bank Of Dave 2: The Loan Ranger
This sequel to Bank of Dave sees Dave Fishwick taking on a new and more dangerous adversary: The Payday Lenders. Personally, with sequels they can feel rather weak. With this one it doesn’t feel like that as it is one of the best sequels, it like an underdog type of film and it will made you smile, the casting is perfect and they all convince in their roles, this is a feel-good experience.
2.Bank Of Dave
Based on the true – life experiences of Dave Fishwick; “Bank of Dave” tells the story of how a working-class Burnley man and self – made millionaire fought to set up a community bank. Normally with this type of film they can feel TV made. With this one it doesn’t as this is generally heartfelt, it has a beautiful story that will capture people heart, it has got a message of kindness and the community spirit which is refreshing, it is joyous and fun film.
1.Fisherman’s Friends
Ten fishermen from Cornwall are signed by Universal Records and achieve a top ten hit with their debut album, “Sea Shanties”. Quietly powerful film that will capture people heart. This is funny and heartwarming type of film, it has got stunning scenery and you will care about with these characters, it will leave you a lasting impression on you, this is silently an enjoyable film.
