Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West and her relationship with Glinda, the Good Witch of the North. Visually outstanding as the CGI/SFX is truly outstanding. It has got stunning scenery and it will draw you in from start to finish, the pacing is perfect as it certainly holds your interest. The musical aspect is genuinely powerful and the songs are perfectly catchy; the flashback elements never get too overcomplicated and that is the key. Those are the positive in this film, for me personally it doesn’t gel or flow together as much. it lacks the charm of the first film; it also falters in the midsection. But overall, this film is eye catching from the start, the story and the characters are great, despite with these flaws this isn’t a bad film, this is worth watching.
