10.Still Alice

A linguistics professor and her family find their bonds tested when she is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease. Might not offer you anything new or fresh, despite that it will draw you in from start to finish. it’s the acting that made this film good and worth watching, the story is there and it has got a beautiful ending, overall, this is a well-made film.
9.Silver Linings Playbook

After being released from a mental institution, Pat meets Tiffany, who suffers from depression. She tells him that she will help him reunite with his wife if he becomes her partner in a competition. I watch this film in the past in my younger year and I thought it was okay, looking back now this is a pretty good film. the chemistry between Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence is spot on, it has got an all-star cast, overall, this is a superbly made film.
8.Dog (2022)

US Army Ranger Jackson Briggs travels with Lulu, a military dog, to the funeral of her handler. During their journey, the duo breaks laws and leaves no stone unturned in annoying each other. With this film it does deals with PTSD in military veterans and their canine partners. This can be funny in places despite it doesn’t gel or flow together, the idea and the story behind this film is superb, the acting is brilliant as they all convince in their roles, this is pretty good.
7.The Unlikely Pilgrimage Of Harold Fry

Harold is an ordinary man who has passed through life, living on the side lines, until he goes to post a letter one day and just keeps walking. One of those film with a sensitive topic of suicide. The flashback element never gets too overcomplicated and that is the key, it also didn’t take itself too seriously, it is well casted and they all convince in their roles, it is a superb film.
6.Words On Bathroom Walls

When Adam, a teenager, is diagnosed with schizophrenia, his dreams of becoming a chef come to a halt. But when he meets Maya and falls in love with her, she encourages him to rise above his illness. Quietly this film will move you as this is powerful. It never feels forced or too sentimental and that is the key, the acting is amazing and totally believable, this film is certainly memorable from start to finish, once you watched this film you will always remember this.
5.The Electrical Life Of Louis Wain

English artist Louis Wain rises to prominence at the end of the 19th century for his surreal cat paintings that seemed to reflect his declining sanity. Silently this film will touch people heart with this film. it might be weird and surreal but it needed that in this film, if you get past that this is a beautiful film, it is one of the best Benedict Cumberbatch film, this is certainly memorable.
4.A Man Called Ove

Ove, an old and ill – tempered widower, constantly enforces the rules of his neighbourhood and soon loses the will to live. However, his life changes when he meets Parvaneh, a pregnant wife. Could be hard to watch for some people as it deals with suicide. It about life in general and people will relate to that, you will care about with these characters, it will leave you a lasting impression on you, once you watch this film you will always remember this.
3.I Kill Giants

Twelve years old Barbara Thorson struggles through life by escaping into a fantasy life of magic and monsters. First time I watch this film I thought wow. This film deals with anxiety, trauma, denial and grief as this film explore the mental health aspect, it is a beautiful coming of age film as this is relatable, it will touched people heart as this film is heartfelt, the story and the acting is amazing.
2.A Monster Calls

Conor, a twelve-year-old boy, encounters an ancient tree monster who proceeds to help him cope with his mother’s terminal illness and being bullied in school. Another film which deals with anxiety, trauma, denial and grief as this film explore the mental health aspect. It is eye catching from start to finish, this is one of those film which I personally connect with, it is a relatable film for people. It will leave you a lasting impression on you, the ending is clever and unpredictable.
1.Inside Out (2015 – 2024)

A sequel that features Riley entering puberty and experiencing brand new, more complex emotions as a result. As Riley tries to adapt to her teenage years, her old emotions try to adapt to the possibility of being replaced. Eye catching animation film that will move you. The idea behind these film is mental health from a kid perspective, it is refreshing and it try to be different which I admire, this is certainly memorable, the good thing with these film this is suitable for all ages.
