10.Journey (2008 – 2012)

Ever since his adventure in the center of the Earth, Sean Anderson has been looking for other places mentioned by Verne and other Vernians. Both films are consistently exciting and fun in this good – looking films, it got the comedy element and comic one liners that made this not so scary for the younger generation, the acting is really good in these watchable films.

 9.Zathura: A Space Adventure

Two young brothers are drawn into an intergalactic adventure when their house is hurled through the depths of space by the magical board game they are playing. It is one of those film that will drawn you in automatically, it also got a good story and the film in whole is a thrill ride type of film and it is engrossing from start to finish.

8.Jumanji (1995)

When two kids find and play a magical board game, they release a man trapped in it for decades and a host of dangers that can only be stopped by finishing the game. Simply entertaining and it also fun in this fantastic looking film, it will thrill you and it is a shame that Robin Williams died as all the main lead are very likeable.

7.City Of Ember

When mankind is about to come to an end, a group of scientists decide to create and populate a city deep underground, two teenagers seek to escape and see the world for the first time. City Of Ember is one of those film that is so engrossing, it also well casted in this superbly made film.

6.Dora And The Lost City Of Gold

Dora, a teenage explorer, leads her friends on an adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost city of gold. This is an adventure film which is suitable for all ages and it also not too scary for the younger kids, it has got some intense scene but overall, this is joyous and fun and it also got a feel-good type of vibe, which you needed with this film.

5.Beauty & The Beast

A selfish prince is cursed to become a monster for the rest of his life, unless he learns to fall in love with a beautiful young woman, he keeps prisoner. With truly epic musical set pieces that look magnificent in this atmospheric film, Dan Stevens and Emma Watson got chemistry together and the rest of the cast is also really good. The good thing about this film it didn’t take itself too seriously and it does flow really well.

4.The Wizard Of Oz

Young Dorothy Gale and her dog are swept away by a tornado from their Kansas farm to the magical Land of Oz and embark on a quest with three new friends to see the Wizard. An old school type of vibe film, with bringing out a colorful world and it mixed in well with the black and white element, the songs are really catchy and really nice in this uplifting film.

3.Wallace & Gromit: The Curse Of The Were – Rabbit

Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest. Personally, if you wanted a film that will made you smile ear to ear, this is ideal for you and it also very clever with many clichés of other films, it is action packed with a mixture of comedy in a classic British film.

2.Charlotte’s Web

Wilbur the pig is scared of the end of the season, because he knows that come that time, he will end up on the dinner table. He hatches a plan with Charlotte, a spider that lives in his pen, to ensure that this will never happen. Not really suitable for the most cynical of people and yes this might be predictable, you can’t fault the ambitious and it is generally heartfelt and the vocal talent is superb and overall, it is a beautiful film.

1.Ratatouille

A rat named Remy who can cook makes an unusual alliance with a young kitchen worker at a famous Paris restaurant. One of the best PIXAR films as this one is life affirming and relatable film that will touch people heart, it also about chasing your dream and I actually connect with that aspect of this film, it is picturesque with stunning view and overall, it just a perfect film.
