  1. Good choice of category and some good selections there Mark. Here’s some others to consider:
Inside I’m Dancing (Disability) an early embracing of the possibilities when you give people the money to create their own support service.
My Left Foot (Disability) true story of a man born with cerebral palsy. Acting masterclass by Daniel Day Lewis.
As Good As It Gets (Unlikely friendships) Jack Nicholson at his best
12 Angry Men (Justice) classic courtroom drama. A classic must see if you haven’t already.
Secrets and Lies (Family ties) strengths and weaknesses.
The next three are all directed by Ken Loach – a go to director for films with a message
Cathy Come Home (Homelessness) changed the attitudes of the whole country
Kes – classic film about how the system squashes individuality.
I, Daniel Blake (Austerity) how ordinary people’s lives can be devastated.
