5.Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street

The legendary tale of a barber who returns from wrongful imprisonment to 1840s London, bent on revenge for the rape and death of his wife, and resumes his trade while forming a sinister partnership with his fellow tenant, Mrs Lovett. A different type of musical which I really admire and this is refreshing, a star-studded cast that made this so convincing and it also with catchy tunes.
4.Dark Shadows

An imprisoned vampire, Barnabas Collins, is set free and returns to his ancestral home, where his dysfunctional descendants are in need of his protection. This will divided people but it is quirky and unique, yes it might be slightly weird for some people, it definitely not too safe and least it try to be something new and fresh, if you giving this a chance this is sheer entertaining from start to finish.
3.Edward Scissorhands

An artificial man, who was incompletely constructed and has scissors for hands, leads a solitary life. Then one day, a suburban lady meets him and introduces him to her world. Dreamlike type of film and there is an anti – bullying message, I actually connect to that message and I’m sure people will connect to this film as well, it is moving and sincere and you would feel for these characters.
2.Sleepy Hollow

Ichabod Crane is sent to Sleepy Hollow to investigate the decapitations of three people, with the culprit being the legendary apparition, The Headless Horseman. One of the best gothic horror film as this is slowly creep under your skin, it also very atmospheric and it also made you think as well and that is the key to this film, it is well – made and it is really intriguing from the start.
1.Batman (1989 – 1992)

Having defeated The Joker, Batman now faces the Penguin and a crooked businessman Max Schreck as they both attempt to expose Batman in a different light, so Batman must clear his name. Both films are consistently exciting and it will certainly thrilled you as well, Jack Nicholson and Danny DeVito are absolutely amazing and perfectly sinister as the villains, both film leave you a lasting impression on you and overall both films certainly entertaining and enjoyable.
Good selections Mark. I would add 3 of my favourite Tim Burton films that show different aspects of his quirky kind of humour:
1. Beetlejuice
2. Ed Wood
3. Mars Attacks!
