Article: Top 10 Worst Movie Sequels Volume 2

10.Angel Has Fallen

Mike Banning is framed for the attempted assassination of the president and must evade his own agency and the FBI as he tries to uncover the real threat. Too be honest with you I’m never a massive fan of these films, nor the first two films but I thought this would be entertaining and with a decent story, unfortunately this is too predictable and it is too action packed with not enough story and it is less enjoyable.

9.Cars 2

Star race car Lightning McQueen and his pal Mater head overseas to compete in the World Grand Prix race. But the road to the championship becomes rocky as Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own. You can say none of the Cars films is exactly up there with the best Pixar films, you can’t really connect with these characters and despite with an all-star vocal talent that doesn’t really capture the comedy element, this one is one of the weakest Pixar films.

8.A Good Day To Die Hard

John McClane travels to Russia to help out his seemingly wayward son, Jack, only to discover that Jack is a CIA operative working undercover, causing the father and son to team up against underworld forces. One to four of the Die Hard films they are excellent and a thrill ride type of film but with this one is just nonsense, there is no chemistry between the two lead and overall this isn’t entertaining whatsoever, it also hard to get into it from the start of this film.

7.Home Alone 3

Alex Pruitt, an 8-year-old boy living in Chicago must fend off international spies who seek a top-secret computer chip in his toy car. Overall this film isn’t memorable whatsoever and the villains haven’t got the chemistry together, the lead is not likeable as he is hard to like, the pratfall isn’t inventive and it is totally unfunny.

6.Peter Rabbit

Peter Rabbit and his relatives live in the country and spend much of their time trying to steal food from Mr McGregor’s vegetable garden. Then Mr McGregor dies and his nephew arrives, Thomas, inherits the property and clash with Peter Rabbit. Unfortunately this isn’t as charming or being funny and it struggles with the comedy aspect, it can be too frenzy and it seems rushed and not enough nice moments, the second film is certainly memorable but the first one is too safe.

5.Pacific Rim

As a war between humankind and monstrous sea creatures wages on, a former pilot and a trainee are paired up to drive a seemingly obsolete special weapon in a desperate effort to save the world from the apocalypse. Guillermo Del Toro can do intriguing and superbly made film and this one is of his weakest film, it also have a bland lead and it doesn’t offer you something new as this one isn’t really suitable for the director, it just feel he out of his element and that sum it up.

4.Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween

With Halloween just around the corner, the unsuspecting citizens of Wandenclyffe, New York, must brace themselves for yet another endless nightmare, as the boys inadvertently unleash the unfathomable terrors of an unpublished leather – bound manuscript of Goosebumps. Having seen the first film I thought this would be amazing, but unfortunately it is less enjoyable and it isn’t fun as this one feel lame, it doesn’t wowed you as it doesn’t deliver and it lacking the charmed.

3.Annabelle Comes Home

While babysitting the daughter of Ed and Lorraine Warren, a teenager and her friend unknowingly awaken an evil spirit trapped in a doll. Personally I really like the first two Annabelle films as they are creepy and generally spooky, the thing is with this one it doesn’t ticked all the boxes as it doesn’t feel spooky or creepy, with this one it is daft and stupid and it running out of ideas and overall this is not watchable at all.

2.The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It

Ghost hunting couple Ed and Lorraine Warren are enlisted to investigate a murder case, where a tenant has stabbed his landlord to death. The tenant defends that he was demonically possessed. As much I loved the first two films and I thought this would be unbelievable good but I was totally wrong, it loses the psychological element and it is too overlong plus you don’t really care about these characters whatsoever, it is far too inconsistent and it losing the momentum in this film.

1.Incredibles 2

The Incredibles family takes on a new mission which involves a change in family roles: Bob Parr (Mr Incredible) must manage the house while his wife Helen (Elastigirl) goes out to save the world. I was so disappointed with this film as I really like the first film, it losing the charmed and it is totally unfunny and despite the story is really good, it is too safe and it is a real shame with this film.
