5.Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban

Harry Potter, Ron, and Hermione return to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for their third year of study, where they delve into the mystery surrounding an escaped prisoner who poses a dangerous threat to the young wizard. Perfectly paced film and this is definitely the best Harry Potter film, I know Emma Thompson have a smaller role and overall, this is entertaining and it certainly capture your imagination.
4.Johnny English Strikes Again

After a cyber – attack reveals the identity of all of the active undercover agents in Britain, Johnny English is forced to come out of retirement to find the mastermind hacker. Some people will like this and some don’t, I personally like this film as this film didn’t take itself too seriously and it can be laugh out loud funny, Emma Thompson is really good as the prime minister and this is likeable.
3.Men In Black: International

The Men In Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest threat to date: a mole in the Men In Black organization. Personally I don’t really get the hate for this film, this is actually entertaining and it is generally exciting with amazing set pieces, Emma Thompson is really good in her role plus it is generally funny and brim with comic one liner, overall, this is enjoyable and the CGI/SFX is amazing.
2.Love Actually

Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England. Likeable and a well casted film that is really nice, you actually care with these characters and this is a perfect Christmas film, it might be too predictable for some people but this is generally heartfelt.
1.Beauty And The Beast

A selfish prince is cursed to become a monster for the rest of his life, unless he learns to fall in love with a beautiful young woman he keeps prisoner. With amazing visual and also great CGI/SFX is truly outstanding, the vocal in this film is spot on and all the casting and Emma Thompson is certainly spot on, the pacing is perfect and it certainly eye catching from start to finish in this superb film.
Emma Thompson is undoubtedly a great actress, but I don’t often go for the types of films she has been in. I remember seeing her twice early on in her career – Peter’s Friends (1992), Much Ado about Nothing (1993) and liking both films which were directed by her then husband Kenneth Branagh.
Since then I have not seen her in much. More recently, Cruella (Jim’s pick!) was better than I thought it would be.
