10.Ice Age: Collision Course
When Scrat’s acorn sends an asteroid to Earth, the Herd must find a way to stop the asteroid from hitting Earth with the help of a returning friend. Some people will like this and some don’t but this is an enjoyable film, it also a well-meaning film and this can be really funny plus it blended the science fiction element with the adventure aspect and that certainly work, it got great characters and it is a well-made animation film.
9.Apollo 10 ½: A Space Age Adventure
A coming-of-age story set in the suburbs of Houston, Texas in the summer of 1969, centered around the historic Apollo 11 moon landing. Too be honest with you I was surprised with this film as this is silently effective, it like a coming-of-age science fiction space film as the animation itself look gorgeous, the story is spot on as this film is eye catching and it quietly drawn you in, this film might be different but once you get used to it, it actually a superbly made film.
8.The Incredibles
15 years after US Government outlawed superhero activities and forced heroes into normal lives, middle aged ex – superhero Bob Parr receives an offer from a secret organization asking for his help after an AI went rogue. With remarkable action scenes and this is certainly entertaining from start to finish, it mixed the superheroes genre with the science fiction aspect and that work really well, this is certainly action packed but it also got a simple story.
7.Away (2019)
A boy crashes and finds himself on a strange island with his motorbike, where he quickly befriends a bird. Together they cross the various landscapes of the isle in search of their home. Underrated animation film that will certainly wowed you and the scenery look amazing as this is eye catching, it might too weird for some people as it like a futuristic science fiction film and that does work, this is memorable and it will leaves you a lasting impression on you.
6.Wreck It Ralph (2012 – 2018)
Taking place six years after saving the arcade from Turbo’s vengeance, the Sugar Rush arcade cabinet has broken, forcing Ralph and Vanellope to travel to the internet via the newly – installed Wi – Fi router in Litwak’s Arcade to retrieve the piece capable of saving the game. Both films are totally consistent and they are generally heartfelt, it can be really funny and with cliché of the science fiction element, I really like the idea to this film and this is certainly entertaining.
5.Despicable Me (2010 – 2013)
Having settled into new life of fatherhood and jelly – making with his adorable three little girls, rehabilitated former supervillain Gru have been called up to save the world again. Both films are generally laugh out loud funny and this is colorful, it got an element of science fiction that mixed in with these films and it is really clever, it is one of films that is pure escapism and this is heartfelt.
4.Monsters, Inc.
In order to power the city, monsters have to scare children so that they scream. However, the children are toxic to the monsters, and after a child gets through, two monsters realize things may not be what they think. People might think this isn’t a science fiction film but the characters are aliens like type of creatures so technically it is a science fiction film, the chemistry between Billy Crystal and John Goodman is spot on and this can be really funny, it is cute, charming and a really nice film that is suitable for all ages.
3.DC League Of Super – Pets
Krypto the Super – Dog and superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime side by side in Metropolis. However, Krypto must master his own powers for a rescue mission when Superman is kidnapped. Everything about this film certainly ticked all the boxes, it got memorable characters and this also dealing with the science fiction element and this is pure escapism, this is a family viewing type of film and the vocal to this film is superb.
2.Strange World
The legendary Clades are a family of explorers whose differences threaten to topple their latest and most crucial mission. A beautiful fantasy science fiction animation film that will touch people heart, the moral is the important of family and it also deals with the gender aspects and for me personally it certainly work, the characters are great and the scenery look outstanding and overall this is a charming film, for me personally this is so underrated and this film deserve a chance.
1.Lightyear
Legendary space ranger Buzz Lightyear embarks on an intergalactic adventure alongside ambitious recruits Izzy, Mo, Darby, and his robot companion, Sox. As this motley crew tackles their toughest mission yet. One of the best science fiction film as this is heartfelt, funny, charming and watchable film, this is generally moving and the scenery look fantastic as this is eye catching from start to finish, the vocal in this film is spot on and it will wowed you with the visual.
