10.Soul (Life)
After landing the gig of a lifetime, a New York jazz pianist suddenly finds himself trapped in a strange land between Earth and the afterlife. Gorgeous looking film with amazing jazz soundtrack plus the story is beautiful, it also about life in general the ups and the down and that is an important subject matter for people, it is charming and heart-warming at the same time and it can be rather funny as well, overall, this is entertaining and it is an enjoyable film.
9.Shark Tale (Perception)
When a son of a gangster shark boss is accidentally killed while on the hunt, his would – be prey and his vegetarian brother decide to use the incident to their own advantage. I think personally this film will divide people as it is a musical, it got a catchy soundtrack and it has got an all star vocal in this film, the life lesson is perception as it about fame and don’t let it go to your head and you will lose people in your life, that is the moral to this film and it is colourful and calming.
8.Monsters Vs Aliens (Acceptance For Others)
A woman transformed into a giant after she is struck by a meteorite on her wedding day becomes part of a team of monsters sent in by the U.S. government to defeat an alien mastermind trying to take over Earth. Everything about this film certainly ticked all the boxes as it got great characters and a memorable villain, the moral is accepting people as they are and learn to help them along your way, it is one of those film with a good subject message and this is cute and this is heartfelt.
7.Bolt (Standing Up For Yourself)
The canine star of a fictional sci-fi/ action show that believes his powers are real embarks on a cross country trek to save his co – star from a threat he believes is just as real. Doesn’t really matter if you are not a dog lover and not really into animals, it is one of those film that will made you smile and this is pure escapism, it has got a cute message of standing up for yourself and you will learn along your way, this is a nice film and this is suitable for all ages and a family viewing.
6.Inside Out (Emotion)
After young Riley is uprooted from her Midwest life and moved to San Francisco, her emotions Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school. Calming type of film which you needed and this will touch people heart, the idea is fantastic and it try to be different which I admire and you care about with these characters, the moral is your emotion in general and you can control them, this is superb and it is a well-made animation film.
5.Toy Story 1995 – 2019 (Growing Up)
Toy Story is about the “secret life of toys” when people are not around, plus meeting people along their way and go on many adventures. All these films are always consistent and entertaining at the same time, it got great characters and the vocal in these films is spot on and brim with comic one liner, it also dealings with the growing up aspect and your adolescent and this will ring true to many people, this is superb and these are generally enjoyable.
4.The Bad Guys (Appearances)
To avoid prison, a gang of notorious animal criminals pretends to seek being rehabilitated, only for their leader to realize that he genuinely wants to change his ways. Being a different sort of animation film, this will surprise you, this is totally memorable and this is certainly entertaining from start to finish, it also dealings with appearances and it doesn’t matter what you look like and stay true to yourself, it can be hilarious but it also heartfelt at the same time.
3.The Breadwinner (Courage)
In 2001, Afghanistan is under the control of the Taliban. When her father captured, a determined young girl disguises herself as a boy in order to provide for her family. Fantastic film that will move you as this is sincere, it is a beautiful hand drawn animation film and it will touch people heart, it about courage and be brave and strong inside of you throughout the hardest times and I personally connect with that message, it is one of the best animation film.
2.Big Hero 6 (Family/Friends)
A special bond develops between plus – sized inflatable robot Baymax and prodigy Hiro Hamada, who together team up with a group of friends to form a band of high – tech heroes. Having watched this on the cinema I thought wowed, it is powerful but it never feels forced and the moral is family/friends who always be there for you and support you, it is moving and it can be heart-breaking but it also a feel-good experience, it is pure escapism and it will move you.
1.Up (Be Adventurous)
78-year-old Carl Fredricksen travels to Paradise Falls in his house equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway. Just breath-taking animation film and with stunning scenery, it has got a multi-layered story that work perfectly, it can be heart-breaking and you care about with these characters, it also about taking risk and be adventurous and you might be a change person along your way, that is the moral to this film and this is charming and enjoyable.
