10.National Treasure

Benjamin Franklin Gates descends from a family of treasure – seekers who’ve all hunted for the same thing: a war chest hidden by the Foundling Fathers after the Revolutionary War. I got this film from my public library and I still remember this, it has got a fantastic story and the characters are likeable, this is fun and it didn’t take itself too seriously and that is the key to this film, this is exciting and watchable at the same time, this is easy to watch and it is funny.
9.Ocean’s Eight

Debbie Ocean gathers an all – female crew to attempt an impossible heist at New York City’s annual Met Gala. With an all – stars cast that slowly drawn you in from start to finish. It might be too predictable for some people but this is charming, the film itself is generally funny and it is heartfelt, it might not be groundbreaking but this is a well – made film and overall, it will surprise you, this is likeable as this is silently good and this deserve a chance.
8.Man On A Ledge

As a police psychologist works to talk down an ex – con who is threatening to jump from a Manhattan hotel rooftop, the biggest diamond heist ever committed is in motion. One of those film which never gets too overcomplicated with the flashback element, it might get slightly silly and daft toward the end and if you get past that, this is entertaining and this is perfectly paced as it holds your interest, this is well casted and it is action packed but it never loses the story.
7.The Duke

In 1961, Kempton Bunton, a 60-year-old taxi driver, steals Goya’s portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery in London. Light-hearted film with a brilliant cast and it is watchable plus easy to follow, this will move you as it got an emotional aspect and that does works. You will care about with these characters as they are relatable, this is an underdog type of film and it is likeable.
6.Going In Style

Desperate to pay the bills and come through for their loved ones, three lifelong pals risk it all by embarking on a daring bid to knock off the very bank that absconded with their money. A film that will made you smile and this is charming, this is well casted and it is light-hearted and overall, this is funny and the three main lead chemistry is spot on, in some ways this is a feel-good film and you needed with this type of film, this is underrated as it is a superbly made film which is rather good.
5.Mission Impossible

An American agent, under false suspicion of disloyalty, must discover and expose the real spy without the help of his organization. A slow burner heist film which is silently the best Mission Impossible film, it might not be action packed but it still drawn you in. it is unpredictable and this is exciting at the same time, this certainly hold your interest and this is a superbly made film.
4.Tangled

The magically long – haired Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but now that a runaway thief has stumbled upon her, she is about to discover the world for the first time, and who she really is. Not your usual heist type of film, but it involved with stolen goods and the character Flynn Rider stumbles upon Rapunzel’s tower while on the run after a daring heist, so technically it is a Disney heist film, the film itself is colourful with great characters and it is eye catching.
3.Public Enemies

The Feds try to take down notorious American gangsters John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson, and Pretty Boy Floyd during a booming crime wave in the 1930s. The film itself is based in 1930s when bank heists were at their height and robbers seemed classy, so technically this is a heist film with stunning acting and an all – stars cast, if you are being patience with this film this will become a modern classic film with people, if you into a true story and a drama film this is ideal for you.
2.Inception

A thief who steals corporate secrets through the use of dream – sharing technology is given the inverse task of planting an idea into the mind of a C.E.O, but his tragic past may doom the project and his team to disaster. Perfectly paced film and this is cool looking and eye catching at the same time, the set pieces is outstanding and this is action packed but it never loses the story, it might be slightly complicated for some people but if you get past that, this is an entertaining film as well.
1.The Bad Guys

To avoid prison, a gang of notorious animal criminals pretends to seek being rehabilitated, only for their leader to realize that he genuinely wants to change his ways. Once I watched this is a surprised hit for me personally, it try to be something different which I admire and the vocal in this film is spot on, it is funny and the moral is be different and stand out which I personally connect with, you might have to wait for the credit to finish as there is a bonus scene, this also suitable for all ages and a family viewing type of film, for me personally this is underrated.

2. The Thomas Crown Affair (1968) – classic starring Steve McQueen
3. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) – based on a true story
4. The Italian Job – the 1969 original not the remake
5. Kelly’s Heroes (1970) – WWII heist – a bit different
6. Dog Day Afternoon (1975) – an early Al Pacino film
7. A Fish Called Wanda (1988) – Comedy Classic
8. The Hot Spot (1990) – great soundtrack by Miles Davis and John Lee Hooker
9. Reservoir Dogs (1992) – Tarantino’s first and best. Can’t believe that it’s 30 years old.
10. Heat (1995) – The reunion of Al Pacino and Robert De Niro.
