After accidentally crash landing in 2022, time traveling fighter pilot Adam Reed teams up with his 12-year-old self for a mission to save the future. This might not be perfect but the story is spot on and the idea is there, there is some nice moment in this film as this is well casted, it is one of those film that will drawn you in, in general this film is well made as this is easy to watch.

4.The Croods (2013 – 2020)

Still searching for a place to settle down after the cataclysmic events of The Croods (2013), The Croods are challenged by a rival family the Bettermans. Watchable film which is suitable for all ages and a family viewing, the scenery and the animation itself is gorgeous to look at. It might not be groundbreaking but this is heartwarming, these films can be funny, this is superbly made.

3. Pokémon: Detective Pikachu

In a world where people collect Pokémon to do battle, a boy comes across an intelligent talking Pikachu who seeks to be a detective. Too be honest with you I’m surprise with this film, this is action packed but it never loses the story itself, it might not be for everyone but this is eye catching from start to finish, overall, this is heartfelt and entertaining at the same time.

2.IF (2024)

A young girl who goes through a difficult experience begins to see everyone’s imaginary friends who have been left behind as their real – life friends have grown up. One of those film that will made you smile, it might divide people as some will like this and some don’t. this deals with grief, life and finding yourself which I personally connect with, it is relatable for people as this never feel forced or too sentimental, In general this film will surprise many people.

1.Woman In Gold

Maria Altmann, an octogenarian Jewish refugee, takes on the Austrian government to recover artwork she believes rightfully belongs to her family. Beautiful film that will leave you a lasting impression on you, it will capture people heart as this is silently powerful and it will move you, the flashback element never gets too overcomplicated, the acting is amazing as this is superb.
