Mario ventures into space, exploring cosmic worlds and tackling galactic challenges far from the familiar Mushroom Kingdom. The animation itself is gorgeous to look at with memorable characters. This is easy to watch as it got a simple story, the vocal in this film is spot on; those are the positives in this film. The negatives are it lacks the charm of the first film; the laughs seem forced and it can feel hyperactive at times. Also it does feel slightly rushed, I don’t want to be too harsh on this film as there are great moment; I do like the backstory of Princess Peach and Rosalind with that aspect I find it refreshing; It could have been something special as it got some potential, but It’s those other flaws that made this film a letdown.
