True History of The Kelly Gang is based on a book by Peter Carey which is about a famous outlaw, the notorious Ned Kelly and his gang that based in 1870s Australia
I think personally this film got a brilliant story and strong acting as well with a thumping soundtrack. The cinematography is amazing vividly that bought to life and the only thing is some of the characters in the film like (Russell Crowe and Thomasina McKenzie) which she played the girlfriend of Ned Kelly are underused and not enough screen time for me personally. Despite that it is a superb film

I saw this film with Mark and agree with his comments. The style of the soundtrack music and camera work gave it a “punk” feel.
