10.Dora And The Lost City Of Gold

Dora, a teenage explorer, lead her friends on an adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost city of gold. In this good looking and attractive film that suitable for all ages, this is a well-intentioned film and the characters are likeable and technically the visual and CGI is astounding in a really good story.

9.City Of Ember

At the end of mankind on Earth, scientists build a self – sufficient underground city for a few people in order to preserve the human race for two hundred years. A cautiously tale that sort of like The Goonies but it has a different feel to that, this film got a really good story and it have a sense of wonder and often magical as the cinematographer is superb.

8.The Goonies

A gang of young misfits called The Goonies discover an ancient map and set out on an adventure to find a legendary pirate’s long – lost treasure. I know this film might be dated but it is generally thrilling and exciting at the same time, you would gradually getting to know these characters in this rollicking film.

7.The Adventure Of Tintin

Intrepid reporter Tintin and Captain Haddock set off on a treasure hunt for a sunken ship commanded by Haddock’s ancestor. A thrilling adventure that set around different countries around the world  and this is eye catching from start to finish in this enthralling film, All the casting are superb in this motion caption type of film and the humour is spot on.

6.Hunt For The Wilderpeople

A national manhunt is ordered for a rebellious kid and his foster uncle who go missing in the wild New Zealand bush. This is an offbeat tale and it might divided people but it is a beautiful and a soulful film that would touch people heart, the acting is superb and it is funny and moving at the same time in this underappreciate film.

5.Toy Story (1995 – 2019)

Toy Story is about the “secret life of toys” when people are not around, all of them go on numerous adventures and go on a journey of self – discovery and meeting people. In this enchanted tale of childhood and your imagination and the voice cast is spot on, you can connect with these lovable characters and this film is suitable for all ages.

4. The Call Of The Wild

 As the great Klondike Gold Rush is attracting both ambitious treasure hunters and bold adventures to the unforgiving territories of Canada’s late 1890s Yukon, Buck, a pampered St. Bernard – Scotch Collie dog. In a beautifully and a soulful film that brim with an uplifting message of never giving up in life, the cinematographer is remarkable and the acting is great and this film just drawn you in from start to finish.

3.The Polar Express

On Christmas Eve, a young boy embarks on a magical adventure to the North Pole on the Polar Express, while learning about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas. This is magnificently tale that is suitable for a family film, the visual is absolutely stunning in this character driven and everyone love a good Tom Hanks film.

2.Paddington (2014 – 2017)

Paddington is happily settled with the Brown family in Windsor Gardens, where he has become a popular member of the community, spreading joy and marmalade wherever he goes.  A perfect family film for all ages and it is generally funny, heartfelt, charming and a beautiful film of a timeless story that will delight people and suitable for all weather.

1.Up

78-year-old Carl Fredricksen travels to Paradise Falls in his house equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway. The reason why I picked this film to be first is, it have all the element of a story that break people heart but it also captivating and colourful tale that will enchanted so many people. It is generally funny and heartfelt and it basically about memories and looking back and what you achieved, I can connect with that aspect and you would connect with these characters.

  1. Some good ones there Mark, I would like to recommend some other older ones for you to watch.
    First has got to be The Treasure of The Sierra Madre,
    Where Eagles Dare is a great adventure film
    Jason and the Argonauts is one of the best.
