10.Die Hard

An NYPD officer tries to save his wife and several others taken hostage by German terrorists during a Christmas party at the Nakatomi Plaza in Los Angeles. This rollicking, smart and sheer entertaining from start to finish in this clever film, it is certainly action packed with the most dastardly villain from the late Alan Rickman who really capture the evilness and the most cynical. This is just a film that will entertain many people.
9.Home Alone

An eight-year-old troublemaker must protect his house from a pair of burglars when he is accidentally left home alone by his family during Christmas vacation. A film that certainly made you laugh out loud with the pranks and especially Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci as they are like a comedy partnership which they are comedy gold and that what made the film really good, a good story with an likeable lead and well casted as well.
8.Love Actually

Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England. In this sincere film that bring you superbly comic timing and one liner and a funky soundtrack, this is definitely a feel-good film with an all – star cast that bring charisma to their well. It might be predictable to some people but it is a well intentioned and a sweet nature film at the same time.
7.Frozen

When the newly crowned Queen Elsa accidentally uses her power to turn things into ice to curse her home in infinite winter, her sister Anna teams up with a mountain man, his playful reindeer, and a snowman to change the weather condition. A beautiful and soulful film that give you a good sense of Christmas in this charming film that this is a musical as it is very whimsical in this fantasy epic and gorgeous looking film with the perfect balance that suitable for all ages.
6.The Holiday

Two women troubled with guy – problems swap homes in each other’s countries, where they each meet a local guy and fall in love. This is certainly a captivating film that is so watchable and you can connect with this film, it is well written and spot on casting in this well-meaning and often poignancy tale and even the most cynical person will love this as it got a brilliant story to this film.
5.How The Grinch Stole Christmas

On the outskirts of Whoville lives a green, revenge – seeking Grinch who plans to ruin Christmas for all the citizens of the town. In this bright, breezy, colourful and zany type of film that is certainly a beautiful tale of being acceptance and also the anti – bullying message which is the key to this film, a brilliant story that will capture people heart in this festive and generally funny and the acting is great and especially from an unrecognisable Jim Carey which he made his role into a perfect family film.
4.Jack Frost

A father who can’t keep his promises dies in a car accident. One year later, he returns as a snowman, who has the final chance to put things right with this son, before he is gone forever. A sincere and a soulful film that you would connect to and it is uplifting in this film that is beautifully acted with stunning SFX and the special effect are amazing, this one is so memorable because of those reason as there is a message in this film as it about grief and loss which I found very compelling.
3.A Christmas Carol

An animated retelling of Charles Dickens’s classic novel about a Victorian – era miser taken on a journey of self – redemption, courtesy of several mysterious Christmas apparitions. Beautifully written character driven type of film which certainly take the message of Christmas and getting together, The voice casting is spot on in this good-looking animation film and in my eyes everyone should watch this as it is very festive.
2.Miracle On 34th Street

Six-year-old Susan Walker believe an elderly man to be Santa Claus and she hire a lawyer to prove to everyone that he is the real Santa Claus. This is definitely a underrated film that is so simple with the storyline and the characters are very likeable in this cute film, the casting is top notch and the late Richard Attenborough is certainly really good in a role that he made his own and made it very believable in a unique and a superb film.
1.The Polar Express

On Christmas Eve, a young boy embarks on a magical adventure to the North Pole on the Polar Express, while learning about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas. The reason why I put this film as my number one is this suitable for all ages and a perfect family film and the second thing is the ever-reliable Tom Hanks in it as numerous of characters in this film. It also deal with loneliness and an unlikely friendship along the way and I also love the camera angle and the cinematography as it just believable and a beautiful tale
