An in depth look at the prison system in the United States and how it reveals the nation’s history or racial inequality. This is a major disappointment as I thought the subject matter really good and it deal with racism as well, the thing is with this documentary it loses momentum as it constantly stopping and starting and it just doesn’t gel as well, it is frustrating to watch and it not poignancy or moving and they just rushing it.

Finding Neverland

This charming account of a period in the life of author J.M Barrie reveals the real relationships and events that served as the basis for the author’s most iconic work. On paper this would be amazing with an all star cast with a great premise, it certainly fails as the pacing is off and all the characters is hard to like with no character development, it is one of those film that isn’t memorable enough and after the film you instantly forget about it as it just too uneven and too patchy as well.

Jack And The Cuckoo – Clock Heart

A 19^th century drama about a man whose heart was replaced with a clock when he was born. The situation dictates that he should avoid feeling strong emotions – love, most of all – but he just can’t keep his feelings under wraps. I personally really like the story a lot and it got everything going for them, but for me personally the ending is rubbish and rather disjointed and it is rather graphic as it struggle to balance the lighter side with the scary element

David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet

One man has seen more of the natural world than any other. This unique feature documentary is his witness statement. Definitely a well-made documentary with stunning cinematography and I really admire his passion and I like him as a person, it feel like this should be made for television for being on Sunday night as a one hour programmed as it not quite successful on a bigger scale with 90 plus minutes but it still not a bad effect

Windows On The World

After watching the news on 9/11 with his family, Fernando travels from Mexico to New York City to find his father, an undocumented worker at the World Trade Centre’s famous Windows on the World restaurant. A non-professional cast work really well and their often generally moving and poignancy scene like at the café when the father describing how he escape from the crowd to his son and that is beautifully done, it can feel like it is uneven and disjointed.

Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron

A wild stallion is captured by humans and slowly loses the will to resist training, yet, throughout his struggles for freedom, the stallion refuses to let go of the hope of one day returning home to his herd. One of the most moving experience and a thrill ride from start to finish and it is thrilling, poignancy, moving and generally a feel-good type of film that is suitable for adult and kids and a family viewing and the scenery and the story is excellent.
