Using high tech gadgets, two kids have to save their reactivated OSS top spy parents when they’re taken by an evil, high-tech enemy. Fun filled action film that is suitable for a rainy day plus it is watchable, it is action packed and it has got a brilliant villain and it is a thrill ride type of film which is genuinely exciting, it might not be for everyone but this is a family viewing type of film.

4.Philadelphia

When a man with HIV is fired by his law firm because of his condition, he hires a homophobic small-time lawyer as the only willing advocate for a wrongful dismissal suit. Firstly, the soundtrack is absolutely amazing and it is well casted, I know Antonio Banderas play a small role in this film and the story is certainly spot on, overall, this is a well – made film and the acting is absolutely amazing.

3.Zorro (1998 – 2005)

The legendary Zorro goes off on another adventure to protect the future of California and its citizens. Both films are consistently exciting and it is truly epic with stunning scenery in this gorgeous looking film, it also got stunning set pieces and overall, this is entertaining with the pacing is just right plus it is so watchable, the chemistry between the stars is brilliant in a well-intentioned film.

2.The 33

Based on the real – life event, when a gold and copper mine collapses, it traps 33 miners underground for 69 days. Generally moving and it is sincere that it is poignancy and the acting is totally believable, it never get too overcomplicated as it flows really well with the political aspect and also the underground aspect to this film, the ending is beautiful and it will leaves you a lasting impression on you.

1.Puss In Boots

An outlaw cat, his childhood egg – friend and a seductive thief Kitty set out in search for the eggs of the fabled Golden Goose to clear his name, restore his lost honor and regain the trust of his mother and town. Definitely my number one Antonio Banderas film as it will made people smile and it is pure escapism, the vocal talent is outstanding and brim with comic one liner and it just a really nice film, it also suitable for all ages and it is inoffensive.

  1. Some great choices there Mark. Here’s some older ones of his to think about:
    Women on the verge of a Nervous Breakdown and Tie Me Up Tie me Down – both great films directed by the great Spanish director Pedro Almodovar.
    The Mambo Kings – great story about musicians. I also read the book.
    Interview with the Vampire – great film with Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt also starring.
