9.Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens

As a new threat to the galaxy rises, Rey, a desert scavenger, and Finn, an ex – stormtrooper, must join Han Solo and Chewbacca to search for the one hope of restoring peace. Of all the latest Star Wars films this one is the best one, Andy Serkis made his role really convincing and the rest of the cast is totally believable and overall, this is enjoyable and this is eye catching from start to finish.
8.Planet Of The Ape (2011 – 2017)

Ten years after the worldwide pandemic of the deadly virus ALZ – 113, human civilization is completely destroyed. In San Francisco, Caesar has become the leader of evolved apes. With stunning CGI/SFX plus with amazing scenery this is a spectacular action film, it also character driven and it drawn you in with these consistent films, this also exciting but it certainly watchable.
7. The Lord Of The Rings (2001 – 2003)

A meek Hobbit from the Shire and eight companions set out on a journey to destroy the powerful One Ring and save Middle – earth from the Dark Lord Sauron. 6.Black Panther

T’Challa, heir to the hidden but advanced kingdom of Wakanda, must step forward to lead his people into a new future and must confront a challenger from his country’s past. Definitely one of the better Marvel films and it work on a standalone story, Martin Freeman and Andy Serkis are excellent as the villains, the main lead is likeable and this is certainly entertaining and this is a diversity type of film which is important, the story is there and this is actually a really good film.
5.King Kong

Set in the 1930s, this is the story of a group of explorers and documentary filmmakers who travel to the mysterious Skull Island to investigate legends of a giant gorilla named Kong. Perfectly paced film which is a thrill ride from start to finish, the CGI/SFX is truly spectacular and this is action packed but it has got a brilliant story, Andy Serkis is brilliant as Kong and also he play the cook and the rest of the casting is perfect, if you wanted a perfect action film this would be ideal for you.
4.Stormbreaker

After the death of his uncle, the 14-year-old schoolboy Alex Rider is forced by the Special Operations Division of the UK’s secret intelligence service, MI6, into a mission which will save millions of lives. An all-British film with great chemistry between Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis and that is the key to this film, the casting is spot on and it balance the gore with the comedy aspect and that work really well, it also based on a true story as this is superbly made.
1.Flushed Away

The story of an uptown rat that gets flushed down the toilet from his penthouse apartment, ending in the sewers of London, where he has to learn a whole new and different way of life. Personally this is heartfelt and funny at the same time, Bill Nighy and Andy Serkis is absolutely hilarious as the two evil henchmen, it got great characters and this is memorable and the vocal to this film is certainly spot on, this film is so underrated and this a perfect animation film.
Gollum, Caesar in Planet of The Apes, and Captain Haddock in Tintin demonstrated Andy Serkis as the king of motion capture acting.
Other roles that I have enjoyed him in are:
Ian Dury in Sex and Drugs and Rock n Roll – great biopic
Martin Hannett – the record producer in 24 Hour Party People. Based on true people in Manchester.
Alley in The Prestige directed of course by Christopher Nolan.
