10.Supernova (2020)

Sam and Tusker are travelling across England in their old RV to visit friends, family, and places from their past. Since Tusker was diagnosed with dementia two years ago, their time together is the most important thing they have. For me personally it’s the chemistry between Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci that made this film good, with a fantastic story this will slowly drawn you in from start to finish, this is a slow burner type of film and the ending is beautiful.

9.The Pursuit Of Happyness

A struggling salesman named Christopher Gardner takes custody of his son as he’s poised a life – changing professional career. I think personally people might find this too predictable but this is generally heartfelt, everyone knows Will Smith as a comedy star but he is amazing in this film and his performance is subtle, the casting is spot on and totally convincing, overall, this is memorable.

8.Kubo And The Two Strings

A young boy named Kubo must locate a magical suit of armour worn by his late father to defeat a vengeful spirit from the past. Gorgeous looking film with stunning scenery and this is eye catching, for me personally it’s the ending that is memorable and it will touch you as this is silently powerful, it might not be suitable for the younger generation but this will move you.

7.Uncle Frank

In 1973, when Frank Bledsoe and his 18-year-old niece Beth take a road trip from Manhattan to Creekville, South Carolina, for the family patriarch’s funeral, they’re unexpectedly joined by Frank’s lover, Walid. Extremely powerful and this film have got likeable characters and you care about them, it can be hard to watch for some people but if you get past that this is a superbly made film, it also a coming-of-age film and this will surprised you as this is a well-made film.

6.Words On Bathroom Walls

Diagnosed with a mental illness halfway through his senior year of high school, a witty, introspective teen struggles to keep it a secret while falling in love with a brilliant classmate who inspires him to not be defined by his condition. After I watch this film, it wowed me how sincere it is, the acting is amazing and with a likeable lead and the moral is appreciated your families and friends, I’m sure people will connect to this film as this moving and it is tender.

5.Inside Out

After young Riley is uprooted from her Midwest life and moved to San Francisco, her emotion Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school. One of the best animation films which is about growing up and your adolescent, it is different and the idea to this film is magnificent and the characters are great, it can be funny but it also heart-warming, it will touch you and the whole film in general is suitable for all ages.

4.Rising Phoenix

The history and current standing of the Paralympic Games, which has grown to become the world’s third largest sporting event. Everything about this documentary is truly inspiration but it also sad with some of the stories, which involve real life people in this documentary as this can be heart-breaking but it also rewarding, it never feels forced and the pacing is perfect and it will draw you in from start to finish, it is one of those documentaries that will move you.

3.Nomadland

A woman in her sixties, after losing everything in the Great Recession, embarks on a journey through the American West, living as a van – dwelling modern day nomad. Having watched this film at the cinema I thought wowed, the acting is amazing and it also got stunning scenery that made this watchable, the story is magnificent and for me personally it about don’t let people influence you and your journey, I can connect to this message and this film is beautiful.

2.A Man Called Ove

Ove, an ill – tempered, isolated retiree who spends his days enforcing block association rules and visiting his wife’s grave, has finally given up on life just as an unlikely friendship develops with his boisterous new neighbours. Being subtitle it will always divide people but this strangely poignancy and it about life in general, the whole film in general is wonderful and it can be funny and the story is there, if you wanted something different this film is ideal for you.

1.The Art Of Racing In The Rain

Through his bond with his owner, aspiring Formula One race car driver Denny, golden retriever Enzo learns that the techniques needed on the racetrack can also be used to successfully navigate the journey of life. Comforting and calming type of film and it is one of those film that will leaves you a lasting impression on you, I personally connect with the message and it is cherished your life and let people in, it got an likeable lead and the acting is fantastic and it will touch people heart and this is a relatable, this is not suitable for cynical type of people but this is a heartfelt film.
