10.The Wizard Of Oz

Dorothy Gale is swept away from her home in Kansas to the magical Land of Oz in a tornado and embarks on a quest with her new friends to see the Wizard who can help her return home and help her fiends as well. An old-fashioned story which is purely an old school type of vibe and with catchy tunes, it also blended the black and white element with a colourful world which work really well, it is one of those film which is so memorable.

9.The Goonies

A group of young misfits called The Goonies discover an ancient map and set out on an adventure to find a legendary pirate’s long – lost treasure. I actually growing up with this film and I always love it, it has got a sense of escapism and this is superbly made and this is a crowd pleaser, it has got a good cast and they are likeable with a film that is simply fun.

8.The Jungle Book

Bagheera the Panther and Baloo the Bear have a difficult time trying to convince a boy to leave the jungle for human civilization. Once you watch this you will always remember this film as Disney is always consistent, it is charming, funny and a really nice film that will capture people heart as this is so endearing.

7.Dora And The Lost City Of Gold

Dora, a teenage explorer, leads her friends on an adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost city of gold. Everyone thinking why this one on my list this because it will thrill you, funny and generally heartfelt it just a simple story of a young girl try to find a place in this world. It got CGI/SFX which is amazing and it will entertained you from start to finish.

6.Lemony Snicket: A series Of Unfortunate Events

When a massive fire kills their parents, three children are delivered to the custody of cousin and stage actor Count Olaf, who is secretly plotting to steal their parents vast fortune. Gorgeous, good-looking film which is like a cartoony fantasy film, it work really well and Jim Carrey is unrecognisable as Count Olaf and the children in the film are amazing, it is a timeless story that all ages will like this film.

5.The Secret Garden

A young, recently – orphaned girl is sent to England after living in India all of her life. Once there, she begins to explore her new, seemingly – isolated surroundings, and its secrets. Definitely much better than the latest one as this one is far more superior, with this version this is so believable and you actually care about with these characters. It is one of those film that you can revisit in a classic film that is suitable for a rainy day, it is certainly a well – made film.

4.Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory

A poor but hopeful boy seeks one of the five coveted golden tickets that will send him on a tour of Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory. Magical fabulous, good-looking film, which is majestic, the songs are truly magnificent and really catchy especially Pure Imaginational and with a feel-good type of vibe, Gene Wilder is perfect as Willy Wonka and overall it is a really nice film that we all needed.

3.Wallace & Gromit: The Curse Of The Were – Rabbit

Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable contest. Stunningly – made with Aardman at the best, this will put a smile to your face and with cliché of many films which is really clever, it has got comic timing and it might be short but this is pure escapism.

2.Homeward Bound (1993 – 1996)

Shadow, Sassy, and Chance are back! It’s been three years since their trek through the woods and over mountains. Now the family lives in San Francisco and they’re taking a vacation in Canada. With stunning scenery and with cute looking animals that bring you an engrossing look with this film, it is a timeless classic film that is so memorable and it just a beautiful film.

1.Ferdinand

After Ferdinand, a bull with a big heart, is mistaken for a dangerous beast, he is captured and torn from his home. Determined to return to his family, he rallies a misfit team on the ultimate adventure. This is my number one film as this is a definitely a family friendly film as it suitable for all ages, it is definitely much better than the Rio and Ice Age films as this is far more superior and the message is being yourself and that is so relatable.
