Follows the Minions in 1920s Hollywood as they search for frightening creatures for their monster movie, partner with a green creature, and must save the planet after unleashing monsters. I do like the time period of the late 1920s Golden Age of old Hollywood; with that aspect it certainly works. Also I do like the personal journey elements which is refreshing; those are the positives, but unfortunately this feels too hyperactive and it is unfunny. It doesn’t gel or flow together as much, I don’t want to be too harsh on this film as it got some potential; I just wish this film would calm down and focusing on the message and the story itself, for me personally it didn’t quite deliver due to those flaws.
